Worship starts
before the music
Music is one of the ways we create space for people to focus their hearts on God
CNCT Music is not simply about being on a stage. It is about serving the church, carrying a heart for worship and using every gift with humility and purpose.
Whether you sing, play an instrument or contribute creatively behind the scenes, there is value in bringing your best while keeping the focus on God.
What shapes
the sound
Presence
before performance
We want worship to come from a genuine relationship with God, not simply from musical ability.
Excellence
with humility
We grow our skills, prepare well and serve with excellence without allowing the stage to become the focus.
One team
one sound
We value relationship, unity and serving together more than individual recognition.
Bring your gift
to the team
Music ministry is made up of different people, different skills and different roles working together toward the same purpose.
Singers helping lead the church in worship with confidence, sensitivity and unity.
Instrumentalists building strong musical foundations that support each moment.
Sound, media and technical support helping create a clear and distraction-free experience.
People helping shape the wider worship environment through creativity and service.
We bring our best
but keep the focus
on God
